Comments Angel's music is both an inspiration as well and a pleasure to listen to! We,"The Ladies of Reflections" love it and could listen to it day and night!!! He has inspired us in many ways and although every CD that comes out we think we love the best, we find that the next one continues to top its predecessor! Keep it up Angel and keep being an inspiration for up and coming artist like Reflections and others that hope to be one of "The Greats" like yourself one day. Thanks Angel, I meant to let you know I received the CD - thanks very much. The more I listen to it, the more I like it. "Ain't No Big Thing" has always been one of my favorites and you really nailed it, as well as the other Radiants tune, "Hold On". Your "Boogie Down Bronx" has the big band sound that makes you want to hit the dance floor running. "Cry to Me" solidified your soul credentials, while "For Your Love" took me back to some sweet memories. Loved the doo-wop on "Tears of Joy" and "What Kind of Fool" is my favorite Tams song - I feel like you made this album just for me. Thanks, brother.

Angel, I'm listening to "Nu Soul Stew" as I write this e-mail, and the only thing I can say is "soul music is alive and well with Angel Rissoff." I've got most of your music, and "NSS" is outstanding work. I live in southern Virginia and was raised on a good mixture of every kind of music you can imagine. My household was very musical, and to this day I love a wide variety of music. My first love, though, is and always has been soul. At age 58 now, I still love it when a current artist makes a recording as outstanding as the ones you produce. You are a tremendous artist, and the only thing I can say is kudos to a man who is faithful to the music. Keep up the good work. I hope things continue to go well with you and that you will be able to produce more fine music in the future. With kind regards,
John Douglas "I Want A Love I Can See"......40 years too late! This cut is a ready made classic. A work that will be appreciated long after Angel and I are gone. Real group artistry. Sid Worley Best voice I've ever heard. Love "I Want A Love I Can See', May I, Jitterbop, & Bring It On. Perfect Beach Shagging Music. Angel may not realize it but the Carolina\'s love his music. Saw him briefly at the Cammy Awards, he needs to spend more time down here. Hank Davis Angel, I received my cd and haven't played anything else. I think it captures not only the sounds of the faster songs which you do so well and i like but also the absolutely incredible slow songs. "promise to be mine " is my favorite, but then you do another great job on the temps" i want a love i can see". The mix and back ups are all perfect. Thanks for a terrific album. I am ordering 4 more as gifts for my beach music friends. Now here we don't" cotton much to yankees" but it looks like We just might have ordain you "southern". The carolina beach crowd love you. Jim Christopher Angel, You done a seriously good thing, for our Gulf Coast brethren, last night at Mexicali Blues Cafe, I was proud to be a small part of it. I listened to the CD this morning and it's absolutely awesome. It's got it all: great songs, a slew of soul, a stew of style, a plethora of passion, fiery funk, and the consummate conviction of a true master steeped in the Blues. If I I had my way, a W.C. Handy award would be forthcoming. Can't wait to here the next one, brother. Please don't forget to add me to your mailing list.
All the best, Angel, I love the CD. I also spoke with another DJ who bought the CD last weekend at Judy's House of Oldies in Myrtle Beach. He thinks it will be one of the hottest new CDs at SOS in April at Myrtle Beach. I believe "Break Out", "Oh Rockin Daddy", "I Want A Love I Can See", and "Better To Have" will be very popular here in the Carolinas this year. Good luck and thanks again for the CD.

Love, Love, Love your new CD!!!!! Absolutely great! You should be proud! Love "Your Promise to Be Mine"! Great Job on all the new music
See you soon! P.S. My sister Susan bought your CD also.
Angel, As the saying goes, "good things are worth waiting for." In this case, great music is worth the wait! We received the CDs today and we've listened to the tracks twice already. Your music is the best R&B, Soul and Blues we've heard in many years. My personal favorites are Why Me? and Back in Love Again. Your vocals are outstanding. We're looking forward to seeing you perform live. Best of luck and we hope you get plenty of airtime!
Your friends,
Angel I got your new CD today. It is awesome! You have 3 of my favorite songs on there-I Want A Love I Can See, Your Promise To Be Mine and It's Better To Have And Don't Need. However, all of the songs are great. I will be playing it in my car on the way to Atlantic City tomorrow. I'm going to Jerry Blavats Valentine Party at the Sands. I just had to tell you what a great CD it is. Your voice is fabulous.
Luv ya,
Angel, I picked up your new CD this Saturday at the station. Good stuff -- I especially liked "Your Promise to be Mine" and "Oh, Rockin' Daddy." I will play the CD on my "Night Train Memories: Sounds of the Cities" show next Saturday, March 5, 2005. Internet webcasting licensing rules restrict me to two tracks in a row, and a total of only three tracks per show. I'll play the max, and have a CD giveaway contest. I'll begin advertising this immediately You are invited to listen: www.fcac.org -- click on WEBR, and then "listen now." You are welcome to call in for a brief telephone interview if you desire. The show is on from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. It is best not to call in the first half hour or around top of the hour - 5:00 PM or 6:00 PM.

Hi Angel! I listened to it last night. It should be #1 on the CD charts. It is fabulous. I think your singing is exceptional anyway and it really was evident on the CD. The musical arrangements are smooth and innovative. It is a great blend of talents both vocal and musical. I will definitely start advertising for you. I'll be at a dance tomorrow evening and then at Sands with Jerry Blavat on Thursday, and there is another big dance on Friday. Do you have a business card or postcards with the information that I could distribute? By the way, the song "It's Better to Have and Don't Need" is one which we(dancers) have a special routine for. It's easy; and fits nicely to the song when you sing it. Let me know if you want me to show --- its only a few uncomplicated moves. Jody
I have been a big fan since I first discovered your talent with the Little Isidore group. Then what a nice surprise to learn that you also work with the Planetones. I am a mobile DJ working the Shag circuit in the South and Southeast. Your music is a standard part of my playlist and the Shag Dance DJs are buzzing about your latest effort. If you have a mialing list please keep me posted on new releases etc. Check my Internet dance music show at www.live365.com/stations/395394 Keep Bringin' It On Ron Wallace
